A duo of ducks. On is large and beefy, the other is pint-size and overweight. They always fail after the Pet Squad comes up to them in his plans. They are supporting antagonists. In the original pilot, the names are swapped. They are both voiced by Rackstraw Rob Rackstraw. In the US version Wilbert (Wilbur) will be voiced by McNeil Scott McNeil and Norman will be voiced by Oliver Mark Oliver .
